Third-Party Contractors and Subcontractors

RoofQuest operates through a comprehensive service model that may include direct service provision and partnerships with independent contractors and subcontractors. RoofQuest provides service delivery through, but not limited to:

• Direct performance of services by RoofQuest personnel when appropriate
• Partnerships with vetted, qualified independent contractors and subcontractors
• Coordination and project management of all service providers
• Oversight and customer service throughout the project lifecycle

When working with independent contractors and subcontractors:

• Each contractor is an independent business entity with their own licensing and insurance
• Specific work will be governed by separate contracts and work agreements
• We facilitate connections and coordinate services but individual contractors are responsible for their work quality
• Warranty and guarantee terms will be specified in individual work agreements and may vary by contractor
• RoofQuest maintains oversight and customer service responsibilities throughout the project

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RoofQuest or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
